Gazpromneft sends an offer

Gazpromneft-MNPZ has reported that Gazpromneft sent an offer to the company’s minority shareholders to buy back their shares. Within this offer, each paper of MNPZ is estimated at 7.097 thousand rubles for ordinary and 5.006 thousand rubles for preferred share. On the whole, up to 6.992 billion rubles can be spent for the buyback.
