"Sistema" to allow "Bashneft" tol consolidate 100% in "Ufaorgsintez".

"Bashneft" intends to consolidate 100% of the shares of one of Russia's largest petrochemical enterprises - "Ufaorgsintez", bought 22% of shares from AFK "System" for 3.55 billion rubles. Last fall, the asset interest "Rostech". But, according to analysts, the current transaction is more associated with the desire to "Bashneft" fully consolidate its assets by transferring them to a single share for subsequent privatization.

State "Bashneft" is ready to buy 22% shares of "Ufaorgsintez" for 3.55 billion rubles from CJSC "Sistema Invest", owned by AFK "System", "Interfax" referring to the directive to the Federal Property Agency to vote on the board of directors of the oil company. Now "Bashneft" controls 78% shares in the company through the Joint Petrochemical Company (JPC) and its subsidiaries.
