Siluanov expects fall in the share of Russian oil and gas incomes by 0.4 percentage points by 2019

The share of oil and gas revenues in the Russian budget has dropped dramatically and this trend will continue in the coming years, the Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said at the Gaidar Forum.
