"Rosneft" and the Moscow Railway lay the blame upon each other for burning tanks on the territory of the Ryazan oil refinery. As follows from the official reports of both companies, the incident occurred due to the negligence of employees of their opponents in the dispute.
The representatives of "Rosneft" stated that the cause of the accident on the territory of the Ryazan oil refinery was "a flagrant violation of safety regulations and negligence of the train compilers and maneuver brigade on the Stenkino -2 station of the Moscow- Ryazan branch of the Moscow Railway".
