UGMK-Steel is about to produce about 1 mln tons of rolled steel in 2014

V.Faradzhullaev, marketing director of the “Iron and Steel works named after A.K.Serov”, speaking on the conference “Regional metal trading of Russia-2014” has introduced the capacities of UGMK-Steel on the output of cast iron, steel and rolled stock and also said about an investment and marketing policy of the company.
According to him, there was produced about 340 thousand tons of cast iron, 600 thousand tons of steel and 460 thousand tons of rolled stock in 2013. Since 2009 the plant has carried out an expansion of an assortment of metal products. They are bearing steel, round steel bar of 290-300 mm in diameter, axle billet (square 215 and 230 mm), round bar of 115-130 mm and 10 mm in diameter, six-sided polyhedron of 88 mm.
