"Bashneft" approved the list of candidates for the election to the Board of Directors proposed by the government.

The Board of Directors of JSC "ANK "Bashneft" on a proposal from the Federal Property Agency included ten nominations, including three independent directors into the list of candidates for election to the Board of Directors, the statementof the company informs. The list was approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on February 6.
