The extraordinary meeting of shareholders of Razvedka Dobycha KazMunaiGas JSC will be held on April 13th 2015, the company’s press service reports.
At the meeting it is planned to determine the number of the members of the Board, period of powers of the Board, select the members of the Board, determine the volume and conditions of bonus payment and compensation of expenditure to the members of the Board of Directors for the execution of their obligations.
The powers of the existing Board of Directors expire on April 13th 2015.
The materials by the coming meeting will be available on the website of RD KMG not later than 10 days prior to the meeting.
