NWF to issue 2 tranches of 75 bln roubles each for Yamal LNG

The funds of the National Welfare Fund for Yamal LNG project can be issued in 2 tranches of 75 bln roubles each in the framework of purchase of one issue of company’s bonds, the Minister of Economic Development, A. Ulyukaev, said.
“Purchase may be of various structure. We discussed an opportunity of purchase of these papers (first issue of bonds for $2.3 bln) in 2 tranches of 75 bln roubles each but the finally the structure might be different”, the Minister said.
According to Mr. Ulyukaev, the Government doesn’t plan to participate in the purchase of the second issue of company’s shares for $2.3 bln as well. “It is not worked out in any way, I think there are no grounds for that”, he said.
