ExxonMobil is about to build LNG plant in Sakhalin

The project is valued at $8 billion. The final decision will be taken before the end of 2015.
ExxonMobil does not refuse from the LNG plant construction plan. President of ExxonMobil Russia G.Waller stated to TASS.
“We discuss LNG plant project with Rosneft,” he stated to TASS.
