"Rosneft" offers to release major exporters of fuel from the provision of bank guarantees.

"Rosneft" offers tax breaks for the largest exporters of oil on the payment of excise taxes. The oil company had sent the corresponding letter to the government, a source in one of the departments told "Interfax" with reference to the text of the document.

In its letter "Rosneft" notes that in the current economic environment Russian banks have significantly reduced the limits for documentary operations and significantly increased remuneration for bank guarantees. Because of this, exporting companies are forced to increase the cost of bank guarantees.
