According to the company, reducing the repair service interval of the oil refineries as well as the life of the equipment becomes a direct consequence of increasing the percentage of sulfur in the oil in the main oil pipeline system.
"Transneft" did not agree with the position of the RF Ministry of Energy that the decision on the allocation of sour crude oil into a separate export flow should be postponed until at least 2020, the company informs.
