Russian Government considers issue of gas export to China

The Russian Government considers the possibility to export gas from independent producers to China, the Energy Minister Alexander Novak said in an interview with the newspaper Vedomosti.

The Ministry of Energy spoke for Gazprom was the only supplier in the gas export to China, and independent producers could sell their raw materials to it at the export price. But the discussed draft energy strategy of the Russian Federation through until 2035 provides for the ability of the export by the independent companies.
