Within the first three months of 2016 the production of polycarbonate (PC) in Russia increased to 18.6 thousand tons, which is 7% more than in 2015, according to a survey of ScanPlast.
Despite the surplus of material in the market, the only manufacturer of polycarbonate in Russia - Kazanorgsintez - maintains high capacity utilization.
