Moscow authorities have gathered to ban entry of trucks into the city, which use lower grade fuel than "Euro-3", within the Ring Road - less "Euro-2".
Kulbachevskiy Anton, the head of the Department of the City Hall on wildlife and the environment, shared such information, according to the press service of the city administration.
