Rosneft and Eni conclude deals worth over $8 billion

The Rosneft’s Board of Directors has determined price of interrelated deals, in which conclusion it is interested, within the implementation of joint projects with Italian Eni on exploration and development of hydrocarbons on shelf of the Barents and Black Seas – the cost was determined in the amount of up to 268.9 billion rubles ($8.65 billion), the RBK reports.
