The Board of Directors of Transnet on May 15th 2015 will consider the candidates to the company’s Board.
The agenda also comprises the consideration of bonus payment to the members of the Board and results of the purchase activity in Q1 2015.
Previously the company’s management supported N. Tokarev’s idea of excluding Y. Lisin from the company’s management.
Y. Lisi, former first Vice-Pesident of Transnet, from Jan 30th 2015 was appointed the CEO of the scientific and Research Institute of Oil and Oil Products Transportation of Transnet.
