Surgutneftegas to discuss dividends-2014 on May 15th 2015

The Board of Surgutneftegas on May 15th 2015 will make recommendations on dividends-2014.
The agenda includes the preliminary approval of the annual report, consideration of the accounting report, including reports on profits-2014, promotion of the company’s auditor and expansion of organizational issues connected with the holding of the annual meeting of shareholders.
On the results of 2013 Surgutneftegas paid dividends at the volume of 2.36 roubles/privileged share ad 0.6 roubles/general share.
The total volume of payment made up 39.61 bln roubles.
