In January - April 2016 the issue of PVC in Russia decreased by 1%.

Within first four months of this year the total production of unmixed polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in Russia decreased by 1% compared to the same period of 2015 and amounted to 257.2 thousand tons. Currently there is serious increase in output from RusVinyl, but nevertheless it is not enough to "compensate" for the loss of volumes from unplanned downtime at Sayanskkhimplast, according to a survey of ScanPlast for MRC.
