The Federal Office shall issue the company exemptions confirmation of the export of oil from the "Verkhnechonskneftegaz" (VCNG) field, which according to its characteristics fall under the application of the customs in 2012-2013.
Earlier the representative of the RF Ministry of Energy in the court stated that in case of satisfaction of claims by the court, "Rosneft" could qualify for the return of nearly 60 billion roubles of overpaid customs duties from the budget.
