The Ukraine determined average imported gas price in Q1

​In Q1 2016 the Ukraine imported gas on average at $198/thousand cubic m. according to Naftogas, the average weighted imported gas price comprises the expenditure for pumping to the border.

In Q4 2015 the average imported gas for the Ukraine made up $232/thousand cubic m, in Q3 - $266, in Q2 - $275. Within less than a year the gas import price fell by almost 30%.

Q1 2016 result takes into account the Russian gas supply by reverse from the Eastern Europe – the Ukraine doesn’t purchase gas directly from Russian from November 25th 2015. The average weighted imported gas purchase price at the European points of supply made up $191/thousand cubic m in Q1 (without transportation cost). The maximum price of fuel in Europe (including pumping to the border of the Ukraine) but according to Naftogas, in Jan 2016 it made up $211, in February -$203, in March -$189.

In general in Q1 2016 the Ukraine purchased about 2 bln cubic m of gas overseas.
