Gazprom liquidates gas trader RosUkrEnergo

Gazprom has liquidated its joint venture with the Ukrainian businessman Dmitry Firtash RosUkrEnergo. Let’s recall that the procedure of the Swiss gas trader liquidation was launched in 2014.
RosUkrEnergo was excluded from the list of affiliated entities of Gazprom as of June 30, 2016.
In 2004-2009, RosUkrEnergo mediates between the Ukraine and Russia in the gas supplies. In 2009, the company was excluded from the mediation, a new gas supply contract was concluded directly between Naftogaz and Gazprom.
