Ukrtransnafta affirms that Igor Kolomoisky’s plants didn’t have time to refine its process oil

Ukrtransnafta has denied the information about refining of process oil.

The company stated that the processing of the displaced volume of oil wasn’t carried out.

"According to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers № 1483-r dated September 30 2014 "Some issues of the activity of Naftogaz Ukrainy and Ukrtransnafta”, the company can conduct commercial transactions with oil, which is used for industrial and technological purposes, only on agreement with the Cabinet,"- the company’s statement said.
