In October, Kozmino can transship 1.7 million tons of ESPO oil

In October, Russia is going to 17 tanker batches of ESPO oil from the Far Eastern port of Kozmino, by 8.6% less than in September. Total dispatch can be 1.7 million tons of oil, 402,000 barrels a day. 2 batches of 100,000 tons each will be delivered to the port by railway from the oil loading point in Skovorodino, and the rest via ESPO pipeline. The October dispatch program also presupposes possible railway supplies of additional batch of 100,000 tons for loading within October 30 – November 2, and 32,000 tons of oil that will be supplied to Kozmino in November.
