Kazakhstan retained the "commitment to local content in goods in the existing subsoil use contracts concluded before January 1, 2015 or until the end of the initial term of the contract".
Developers of Kashagan field, which was part of the North-Caspian project, would be included into the guaranteed users of local jobs, goods and services, the Deputy Minister of Energy Magzum Mirzagaliev stated on Tuesday.
