Oil production in Novosibirsk region is down 28% in Jan-September

Oil production in the Novosibirsk region is down by 28.2% in January-September 2015 compared to the same period last year. Minister of Industry, Trade and Entrepreneurial Development N.Simonov said.
According to him, the reduction is due to the recovery of oil reserves at the deposits.
