Rosneft prefers gas to processing – the company to compete with Gazprom in Vietnam

Rosneft and Gazprom have clashed in a new market – Vietnam. The oil company decided against  its plans to buy a refinery in the country, allowing Gazpromneft have it, but wants to supply LNG to Vietnam – about 1 million tons per year. For while all volumes of Rosneft’s plant in the Far East that hasn’t been yet constructed, are contracted, but the company talks about possible growth of its capacities. Gazprom also announced its wish to supply gas to Vietnam.
