Rosneft will pay up to $2.5 billion of duty for oil supplies to China

Rosneft will pay $2.3 - 2.5 billion of duty for supplies of 7 million tons of oil to China via Kazakhstan, the Minister of Energy A. Novak says. He explains that Kazakhstan won’t and shouldn’t pay anything. Finally, the duty is paid by oil buyers; export duty is included to oil price. It means that the duty is paid by those who raise profit, i.e. Rosneft.
