Azerbaijan increases gas extraction

In Jan-October 2014 Azerbaijan extracted 35.6 mln tons of oil and gas condensate against 36.11 mln tons in Jan-October 2013.
The State Committee for Statistics of Azerbaijan reports.
In 2013 Azerbaijan extracted 43.1 mln tons of oil and gas condensate against 42.98 mln tons in 2012.
The main problems of oil and gas extraction are connected with the block of the oil and gas deposits Azeri-Chirag-Gyuneshli and a gas condensate deposit Shakh-Deniz which are developed together with foreign partners.
