Polyus Gold cancels launch of the Natalkinskoye deposit in 2015

The largest gold producer in Russia Polyus Gold won’t launch the Natalka GOK in 2015, as it was planned, the company reported. According to preliminary data, the reduction of the assessment of the deposit’s resource by 15-20% is expected, the decrease of the reserves will make up 55-65%, the company reports.

Revaluation of the reserves will be completed in January 2015. "The company intends to review the further course of the project. The launch of the Natalka GOK in 2015 is not planned any more,"- Polyus Gold reports.
