M.Gutseriev has earned 16 million pounds sterling due to deals on purchase and sale of Exillon Energy’s shares.
Earlier, M.Gutseriev bought 14.9% of Exillon Energy’s shares (24 065 588 shares) at the price of 2.75 pounds sterling per share.
Thus, the total amount of the deal made up 66.18 million pounds sterling.
