A part of Bashneft’s heavy oil to be redirected to the east

This is made to stabilize the Urals oil quality.
Transneft will redirect a part of Bashneft’s heavy oil in the amount of 3 million tons from the western direction to the eastern one within events to improve the quality of oil in the pipe, the Prime reports, referring to a statement of the oil transportation company’s Head Nicolay Tokarev.
