Bashneft plans to attract consultants to develop a program of innovative development in the medium and long periods. The company limited the medium-term period for the innovative development by 2016-2022, and the long-term one – by 2030. The initial cost of the works is estimated at 46.02 million rubles. Consultant is assumed to be chosen on February 5.
