LNG exports can be liberalized

The idea for the cancelling of Gazprom's monopoly for LNG exports supported by Novatek has found another strong ally, the chief of Rosneft, I. Sechin. He raised the question of the liberalization of LNG exports at the session for the Presidential Commission for Fuel and Energy Sector. However, the President Putin thinks that it’s possible only to liberalize LNG exports gradually.
