In 2013, ferroalloys exports increased by 0.6% in Kazakhstan

In 2013, ferroalloys exports increased by 0.6% to 1.349 million tons in Kazakhstan, for $1.716 billion, by 8.5% less than a year ago. Within the period, Kazakhstan exported 1.755 million tons of flat ferrous sections (including white tin) (-0.5%), for $1.166 billion (-8.7%), 377,800 tons of refined copper and alloys (+13.2%) for $2.678 billion (+6.7%), 242,500 tons of unprocessed aluminum (+5.1%) for $464.4 million (+3.7%), 258,700 tons of unprocessed zinc (-11.8%) for $455.6 million (-14.9%), 78,800 tons of lead (-1.2%) for $159.2 million (+7.3%).
