In 2013, Omsk oil refinery reduced oil refining by 3.5%

Last year the plant processed 20.2 million tons of oil, compared to 20.95 million tons in 2012. Reduction happened due to the planned repairs under the new technology. Simultaneously they started repairs at the utilities included to the sole production chain that reduced the period of repairs, improved energy efficiency and optimized production program.
