The Cabinet of Ukraine decided to issue T-bills to increase the authorized capital of "Naftogaz".

Ukraine Cabinet of Ministers decided to increase the authorized capital of "Naftogaz of Ukraine" by T-bills in the amount of 11 billion 066.4 million UAH (about $ 1.3 billion). This is stated in the government decree N40 February 12, 2014, the "RBC-Ukraine" states.
According to the document, the authorized capital of "Naftogaz" is increased by the issuance of additional shares of the nominal value of the existing, retaining 100 % of the shares owned by the state.
