Eni and Statoil start the development of Goliaf on the Barents Sea

Oil production started at Goliaf oil field in the Arctic region.
Oil production started on March 13, 2016 at the offshore oil platform Goliaf. It was delivered after some additional agreements and delay.
Oil production at Goliaf is a joint project of Eni (65%) and Statoil (35%). The resource base of the project makes up 174 million barrels.
