The state holding Rosneftegaz JSC has coordinated with the state authorities payment to the state budget of the dividends for 2015 at a rate of 18 billion rubles, that is by 1.6 times less than those for 2014. The sum was 30.096 billion rubles then.
The agencies have set the enhanced benchmarks of dividend payments for the state companies at a rate of 50% instead of 25%. However the Government is able to make exceptions if needed whereas the Ministry of Economy Development was against such stipulation. Rosneftegaz has been granted such exception, a source close to the situation claims. He says nothing about argumentation of the company. Rosneftegaz presented the investment tasks that needed the funds and the reserves.
