The Turkish market would remain one of the key areas for the supply of polypropylene (PP) after the launch of ZapSibNeftehim, planned for 2019-2020, Andrey Zotov, the director of base polymers of SIBUR, stated at the 5th conference ICIS World Polyolefins in Vienna.
A. Zotov stated that much of the production from ZapSibNeftehim, which would be commissioned in the next five years, would be supplied to Turkey, despite the recent cooling of political relations between Moscow and Ankara.
