Gazprom to transfer shares of 72 gas distribution organizations, bought from Rosneftegaz, to its subsidiary before June

Gazprom will transfer shares of 72 gas distribution organizations, bought from Rosneftegaz, to Gazprom gazoraspredeleniye, which is a part of the gas concern’s structure, before the end of May, the Gazprom gazoraspredeleniye’s General Director, Sergei Gustov reported at the Petersburg international gas forum on Tuesday.
