In May, the Ukraine imported 550 million cubic meters of gas from Europe and Russia

Since early May, the Ukraine imported about 550 million cubic meters of gas, a little more than half of which was purchased in Europe, the website of the operator of Ukrainian gas transportation system Ukrtransgaz reports.
"According to operational information, on May 1 to 13, the Ukraine imported 304 million cubic meters of natural gas from Europe. In the same period, 250.1 million cubic meters of natural gas were imported from the territory of the Russian Federation for the needs of the Ukraine,"- the press release says.
