Naftogas has transferred $30 mln to Gazprom as advance payment

On May 13th Naftogas transferred $30 mln to Gazprom as advance payment for the supply of the Russian gas.

On April 1st Gazprom and Naftogas signed an additional agreement on gas supply to the Ukraine in Q2 2015 similar to that of the winter package. The advance payment condition was saved in the new agreement. The price for the Russian gas for the Ukraine in Q2 2015 taking into account a $100 discount is $247.18 per thousand cubic m.

In April gas import to the Ukraine made up 294.471 mln cubic m. based on the gas price of $247.18, the Ukraine could pay $72.8 mln for that volume. According to the official announcements of Naftogas, from the beginning of April Naftogas in total transferred $180 ml to Gazprom, including the latest trance of $30 mln on May 13th.
