Rosgeologiya offers to create national company to produce geological exploration equipment

Deputy General Director of Rosgeologiya Sergei Kostyuchenko has made a presentation at a meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council on geological and geophysical technologies for prospecting and exploration of solid minerals of the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. The event was held in St. Petersburg on May 12-13.

"Exploration is a key factor in ensuring the development of the fuel and energy complex of Russia, - Sergei Kostyuchenko notes - A significant role is given to the study and subsequent development of the shallow shelf, the transit zone "land-sea" and adjacent, periodically flooded land of Russian Arctic regions".
