In January-June, Polymetal decreased production of gold by 4% and increased production of silver by 1%

In the first six months of 2015, Polymetal Int’s gold production decreased by 4% to 372 thousand ounces (11.57 tons), and silver production increased by 1% to 15.6 million ounces (485.5 tons) as compared with the same period of 2014, the quarterly report of the company informs.

Besides, in January-June, Polymetal produced 138 tons of copper against 1.527 thousand tons (-91%) in the same period a year earlier. The total production in terms of gold equivalent decreased by 3% to 633 thousand ounces (19.7 tons).
