The Ivanovo Region plans to raise a loan from VEB for the construction of chemical fiber plant.

The Ivanovo Region submitted an investment application to Vnesheconombank for a loan for the construction of a complex for the production of polyethylene terephthalate (PET), textile industry, according to the press service of the regional government.
The total cost of the project, the press officer reminded, was 22 billion roubles (excluding VAT), payback - 8 years. The production capacity of polyester fiber and textile industry PET-granulate will reach 200 thousand tons per year.
