Moscow gives MOEK to Gazprom

The auction for 89.9% of MOEK (Moscow United Energy Company) belonging to Moscow government as well as the property rent by the company from the city was predictable and took only two minutes. Gazprom Energoholding (100% belong to Gazprom) and Sberenergodevelopment (the structure of Sberbank) took part in the auction. The only lot at the amount of 98.6% was sold at the starting price: the representative of Gazprom Energoholding was the first to raise the card and the second participant never started bidding.
