Novatek doesn’t rule out that another transaction on the sale of a share in the Yamal LNG project may take place, the Novatek’s Financial Director, Mark Jetway stated during the phone conference.
As the ITAR-TASS reported earlier, in June Novatek and CNPC signed an agreement on joining of the Chinese company to the Yamal LNG project with a share in the amount of 20%. Novatek plans to conclude the deal on sale of the project share before October 1, 2013, the company announced.
