Severstal and Gorky Automobile Plant to optimize process of products delivery

Severstal and Gorky Automobile Plant (GAZ) have summed up the results of the joint project "The establishment of the delivery process control system" during the coordinating council, held in Cherepovets.
The project started in June of last year, the result of its implementation was the reduction of the products delivery time by twice: earlier the period of transportation of CherMK’s products to Nizhny Novgorod took 10 days, and now it takes five. It managed to reduce the delivery time due to active cooperation with Russian Railways.
