India can buy Rosneft’s share in Vankor for $900 million

ONGC plans to buy a share in the project of the Vankor field development from Rosneft through its subsidiary ONGC Videsh Ltd., the Bloomberg’s sources, familiar with the plans of the company, reported. Reportedly, ONGC plans to pay $900 million for joining the project, the share in which will provide the Indian company with 3.5 million tons of oil per year, and expects to sign a contract next month.
