Rosneft has completed complex engineering research works in Pechora Sea to drill exploratory wells

​Rosneft has held complex engineering research works at the South-Russky license site at the shelf of the Pechora Sea.

The expedition started on August 4th 2015.

Complex engineering –geodesy and engineering –geological research works at the North-Gulyaevsky-2p and Pakhancheskaya -2 sites with the area of 18 sq km have been completed.

The works were held at the scientific and research vessel Kern.

Engineering –geological drilling and testing of bottom soil have been held, a complex of engineering –geophysical research works have  been carried out, samples were collected.

The result of the research works was the data necessary for the projection of further geological exploration works.
